Ashwani Mohan

CA Ashwani Mohan is a fellow member of ICAI and has been practicing the profession of C.A. since January 1983. He has got vast experience in Audit, Direct taxes and Foreign Exchange Management and has been handling numerous assignments for the last many years. He has been on the board of directors of various listed and unlisted companies and held position of Audit committee chairman and management committee member.

Parveen Grover

CA Parveen Grover is a fellow member of ICAI and a very dedicated Chartered Accountant. He is attached with the firm since 2018. Armed with knowledge of latest developments in the field of auditing and accounting standards, he is the keyman for any & every audit assignment. Having special interest in ‘Ind Accounting Standards, he understands and handle with ease the intricacies of Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS.

Yashika Mohan

CA Yashika Mohan is an associate member of ICAI and has a vast pre & post qualification experience in direct taxes, auditing and Goods & Service Tax. She is a very focused, young and energetic Chartered Accountant who has been mainly looking after GST assignments. Always updated with constant changes in Goods and Service Tax laws, she handles with ease the never ending queries on the understanding and implementation of GST laws.
